If we reroofed the back and the front then failed, that is not ours. We will tell you what it needs and quote for it, and we will not pretend it was covered.
Wind lifting sound tiles is an insurance matter, not a workmanship one. We will photograph it for your insurer at no charge, because that is a half hour of our time and it saves you an argument.
An aerial fitter, a solar installer or a window cleaner walking on a tiled roof breaks tiles. If somebody else has been up there since we left, the guarantee on that area ends.
If you sell the house the remaining workmanship guarantee passes to the buyer, once, with no fee and no form. Tell us and we will reissue it in their name.
