Every figure produced by the estimator is an illustration built from numbers you typed. It is not a quotation, it is not an offer, and it does not bind anybody. A quotation follows a survey and is given in writing.
Rates change with material costs and with the season. A written quotation is valid for thirty days from its date.
Nothing is due before the scaffold goes up. Stage payments are set out in the quotation and the final payment falls due on completion, not on the day the scaffold leaves.
You may cancel at any time before materials are ordered at no cost. After that we charge only for what has actually been bought or booked, at cost, with the invoices shown to you.
